Features that will be available in the next version of caml2html (1.3.0)

Support for camlp4 quotations. Quotations are recognized as single tokens and their content is not be parsed.
Type annotations that popup when the mouse passes over expressions. This requires a .annot file at the time of processing. Those files are obtained when compiling with the -dtypes option of ocamlc or ocamlopt. If typechecking fails, you get a partial .annot file that can be used with caml2html. The implementation doesn't use javascript and only the innermost annotated expressions can be highlighted (eg. in "f x", f and x will be annotated but not the whole "f x" expression). See bf2ml.ml for an example.
There is new way of adding style: "inhead", which means that CSS styling is used but it is defined in the head section of the HTML document. The other options are inline style and CSS URL.
